Pricing questions
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who logs time, approves timesheets or manages projects. Clients who view milestones or sign change requests are free, as are read-only finance viewers on Release and Programme.
What is included in the free trial?
Thirty days of the Release plan for up to 25 people, with all features, integrations and imports. You choose a plan when the trial ends.
Can we pay in INR?
Yes. Customers in India are billed in INR at the equivalent rate, with a GST invoice. Everyone else is billed in USD.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves about 18%. Registered non-profits and early-stage studios with under 10 people can ask our sales team about special pricing.
