Timesheets people actually fill in.
Log hours daily against the task you worked on, from the browser, Slack, Teams or your phone. Managers approve a whole week in one screen, and approved hours flow straight to billing.
- Under a minute
- To log a day from the task list you already have
- Daily reminders
- Sent at the time each person picks
- Weekly approvals
- By project manager, team lead or both
- Locked periods
- Approved months can not be edited by mistake
Everything in Timesheets
Log by task, not by guesswork
Your open tasks and recent Jira issues are already listed. Type hours, add a note, done. A timer is there for those who like one.
Billable split on every entry
Each entry is billable or non-billable by default from the project, and people can change it with a reason the approver sees.
Reminders that respect people
One message at the end of the day if nothing is logged. No nagging chains, no public shaming boards.
Approve a week in one pass
Approvers see hours by project, task and day, with anything over 10 hours in a day or logged to no task highlighted.
Untagged hours flagged
Hours logged to "general" or to no task are flagged before month-end so they can be moved to the right project.
Leave and holidays counted
Leave from your HR system and regional holiday calendars are filled in, so expected hours stay fair.
Slack and Teams logging
Reply to the daily reminder with "4h API work, 3h review" and Wosinfotech maps it to tasks for you to confirm.
Mobile and offline
Log from the phone on client visits. Entries sync when you are back online.
Period locks and audit trail
Once a period is approved and invoiced it is locked. Every later change is recorded with who and why.
A week in Timesheets
- 1End of each dayPeople log hours against tasks in about a minute. If they forget, one reminder arrives at the time they chose.
- 2Friday submissionEach person submits the week. Gaps against expected hours, after leave, are shown before they press submit.
- 3Monday approvalProject managers approve their project’s hours. Odd entries are highlighted, and anything can be sent back with a comment.
- 4Month-end closeApproved hours lock and move to Client Billing and Profit View. Untagged hours are already sorted.

Approved hours become invoice lines.
There is no export, no pivot table and no re-keying. Each approved entry carries its project, role and rate, so the invoice is built from the timesheet itself.
- Invoice lines grouped by role, person or task
- Non-billable hours never reach the client
- Every invoice line traces back to timesheet entries
What Wosinfotech will never do
No screenshots or webcams
No screen capture, keystroke logging or webcam monitoring, ever. People enter their own time.
No rating of individuals
AI reads projects and workload. It never scores people for appraisals or rankings.
Overload alerts come first
Burnout signals go to the manager first, with options to move work, not to blame.
Data never sold
Client and project data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or shared.
Every plan starts
with a signature.
